Soul rooted beyond self - the transpersonal lens | Hetty Einzig | Webinar

The Topic

How we tell stories matters and the ideas we use to tell those stories matter (Donna Haraway).  This webinar will look at our understanding of roots, soul and identity and how they contribute to the kind of 'radical hope' that can sustain us during these times of meta-crisis. Transpersonal ontology does not deny the daunting realities of ecosystems breakdown, socio-political polarisation and rapid, far-reaching technological changes, but places them within a wider, deeper frame.  These ideas shift the story from a ’Techno-heroic’ one of tragedy and triumph to an everyday, every time one of interdependence  and the Ethics of Care.

The Agenda

In the first half of the webinar, Hetty will make her presentation and facilitate initial responses.

In the second half, we'll move into a reflection-application session:

- 'Composting': experienced peers work the material in small groups to sprout new ideas;

- 'Weaving': attendees gather to collectively reflect and question, weaving our experiences together;

- Discuss how we will apply learnings to our personal practice in Reflection Application Pairs (RAPs).

The Speaker

Hetty Einzig is a leadership coach, author, supervisor, speaker, consultant, and facilitator. Her work is rooted in a blend of transpersonal and psychodynamic for an ecosystemic approach. Hetty teaches at the Irish Management Institute (IMI), on the Analytic-Network Advanced Coach Training, and (in French) on the coaching diploma at BMH Coach in Casablanca, Morocco. She is the founding editor of Global Perspectives, the Association for Coaching global magazine and Publications Strategy Director for the AC.

With a career that has spanned the arts, journalism and TV, psychology, health, and organisational development, Hetty seeks to support leaders to establish values-driven organisations and to shape their contribution beyond the organisation and the bottom line to address the challenges of our time and ‘work for the good society’.

If you purchase a ticket but can't make it in real-time, a recording will be shared with you after the webinar.
